RETURNS
As a small business, we're committed to ensuring your satisfied with every purchase. That's why we guarantee a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the date of your purchase.
For any change of mind returns or exchanges, we kindly request that the product you wish to return or exchange meets the following criteria:
- The product must be in pristine, brand-new condition.
- It should retain all original labels and be accompanied by its original packaging.
Sales item are deemed non-refundable and not eligible for returns.
Refunds for Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items - If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you have the wrong product, you can request a replacement or a refund. We will cover the cost (including shipping) for replacements.
To help you with your returns, kindly get in touch with us before returning the order so that we can review the item and approve the return. We'll issue a return-paid label, which won't incur any additional return costs for you.
